條款及細則：

1.       此遊戲由星展銀行（香港）有限公司（「星展銀行」）舉辦，只限香港地區Facebook用戶參加（「參加者」）。

2.       遊戲由推出起至2014年2月17日晚上11:59結束（「推廣期」）。

3.       參加遊戲代表確認你已閱讀及明白所有條款及細則，並同意完全並遵守。

4.       每位參加者只可參加遊戲一次。參加者需製作並於推廣期内在DBS星展銀行Facebook專頁分享今年跟誰共度情人節將可獲得1次抽獎機會。

5.       2位得獎者將會由電腦系統隨機抽出。遊戲結果將於2014年2月20日在DBS星展銀行Facebook專頁此帖子之留言位置公佈。

6.           得獎者必須於2014年2月27日或之前以Facebook訊息(www.facebook.com/messages/dbs.hk)回覆DBS星展銀行及指明得獎者所分享的名字。若得獎者逾期未回覆確認，得獎資格將被取消。

7.       任何得獎者提供予星展銀行之資料將只作本活動相關之用途，而不會向第三者披露。若所提供之資料有錯漏或不正確，以致星展銀行未能通知領獎，星展銀行概不負責，星展銀行亦不會補發獎賞。

8.       獎賞不得轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或其他禮品。星展銀行有權以其他禮品代替獎賞而不作事先通知。星展銀行並非獎賞之供應商。得獎者如對該獎賞有任何查詢或投訴，請直接與供應商聯絡，星展銀行恕不承擔任何責任。

Terms and Conditions:

1.       This event is operated by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“DBS”) and is only available for Hong Kong Facebook users (“Participant”).

2.       This event shall run from launch until 11.59pm on 17 February 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

3.       A Participant participating in this event shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4.       Each Participant may participate in this event once only.  To participate, the Participants must share the name of the person whom they spent their Valentine’s Day with on the DBS Facebook page during the Promotion Period in order to be enrolled in the lucky draw.

5.       Two winners of the lucky draw will be drawn randomly by computer and the results of the lucky draw will be announced on the DBS Facebook page on 20 February 2014.

6.       Each winner must send a Facebook private message (www.facebook.com/messages/dbs.hk) to DBS by 27 February 2014 stating the name of the person he/ she has shared.  If a winner fails to respond within the specified time, he/she shall forfeit his/her entitlement to the   prize.

7.       The information the winners provide to DBS will not be used for any other purpose other than in relation to this event and will not be transferred to any third party.  If any of the information provided to DBS is inaccurate resulting in failure by DBS to contact the winner for redemption of the prize, DBS shall not be liable for any loss and will not re-issue the prize to the winner.

8.       The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. DBS may replace the prize with comparable gifts without notice.  DBS is not the supplier of the prize, any claim or complaint relating the prize shall be directed to the supplier, DBS shall not be responsible in relation thereto.

9.       DBS shall not be liable for any delay, loss of information, mistake or failure caused by any technical or network error.

10.    DBS has the sole discretion in determining the eligibility of any Participant, the winner list, the prize and any date and time in relation to this event.

11.    Participants are strictly prohibited from posting any foul language, pornography and violent content on the DBS Facebook page.  DBS reserves the right to delete any such posting by Participants without notice.

12.    DBS reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.  In the event of any dispute, DBS decision shall be final and binding on the Participants.

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, data subjects may make data access or data correction requests or request information regarding policies and practices and kinds of data held.  Such requests should be addressed to:
