1. 是次【Citi賞您享遍全球】活動 (「活動」)由Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (下簡稱「Citibank」)舉辦; 是次活動的合作夥伴為晴報。
2. 此活動之遊戲網址為www.worldcities-hk.com。 任何有意參加此活動的人士，需按照指示成功填妥個人資料。
3. 參加者必需年滿18歲或以上並持有有效香港身份證。晴報及Citibank 有權要求得獎者出示有效之身份證明文件以確保資料無誤。

關於「拉喼遊世界」有獎遊戲

6. 在推廣期內，參加者以個人為單位，每人(即香港身份證持有人)參與「拉喼遊世界」遊戲次數不限，唯每人(即香港身份證持有人)中獎機會只有一次。
7. 「拉喼遊世界」遊戲活動將於推廣期內每天上午9時正開始，成功完成遊戲的參加者可得到「Starbucks 禮券」乙張，先到先得，每天共100名得獎者。名額有限，送完即止。
   (參加及登入時間以晴報之伺服器接收時間為準)
8. 「拉喼遊世界」遊戲步驟：
   1. 登入遊戲網頁，進入「拉喼遊世界」遊戲部分。
   2. 閱覽及同意遊戲細則及條款，即可進入遊戲頁面並開始遊戲。
   3. 每次遊戲有三個機會，參加者需先選定遊戲目的地及所用之旅行喼。
   4. 參加者選定指定之力度和角度，務求將旅行喼成功拋擲至指定之目的地，成功著陸是為勝出。
   5. 勝出遊戲後，參加者需填妥個人資料包括：(i) 英文姓名(需與身份證上資料相同) (ii) 香港身份證號碼英文字母及首3個數字 (iii) 電郵地址 (iv) 手提電話 (v)年齡 (vi) 職業 及 (vii)揀選換領禮券之地點。
   6. 每日最先成功完成遊戲的100位參加者為得獎者，可獲贈「Starbucks 禮券乙張」(價值港幣25元)。 (下稱「獎品」)

關於「影遍3D世界贏機票」

9. 參加「影遍3D世界贏機票」之步驟：
   1. 參加者需於港鐵中環站或指定Citibank分行 (包括銅鑼灣、中環會德豐及尖沙咀分行，詳情請留意「參加辦法」之頁面)與3D畫拍照，然後將相片上載至遊戲網站。
   2. 完成上載後，參加者需填妥個人資料包括：(i) 英文姓名(需與身份證上資料相同) (ii) 香港身份證號碼英文字母及首3個數字 (iii) 電郵地址 (iv) 手提電話。
   3. 相片經主辦單位審批後，將會於兩個工作天內上載至遊戲頁面，供人投票。主辦單位有權移除任何不當之相片而不作另行通知。
   4. 成功上載後，參加者將收到一封電郵，內含相片的獨立URL，方便您與朋友分享，贏取最多票數。
   5. 其相片獲得最多票數之首3位參加者，可獲得雙人來回台北機票1套 (禮品將以30,000飛行里數方式送出)。<活動於推廣期內以累積方法計算，晴報將以個別Facebook賬戶為單位，成功邀請最多facebook 好友投選上載之相片，為勝出者。若多於1位參加者獲得相同數量的票數，則以最先得到最多票數的1位為勝出者。 (時間以晴報之伺服器為準。)>
   6. 每人(每個獨立Facebook帳戶)只限投票一次，投票後不得更改，以示公允。
   7. 主辦機構將於2014年12月12日或之前，以電郵方式通知得獎者有關領取大獎(其相片獲得最多票數之參加者) 詳情。
   8. 所有換領者必須完成所有換領登記表格及程序，如發現未能符合有關要求，得獎資格將被取消。
   9. 如發現任何人士因此活動濫用Facebook戶口或任何有關參加推廣活動及/或換取獎品的懷疑或證實的詐騙個案，將可能導致參加者的登記及/或得獎者應得之獎品被即時取消及/或中止。晴報將擁有最終決定權。
   10. 換領者須提交真確無誤之個人資料，否則將被取消得獎資格，而不作另行通知。（以上資料將只作為活動之聯絡方法及其他有關晴報日後活動推廣、優惠之用）
10. 獎品及得獎通知 (「拉喼遊世界」遊戲)
    1. 成功完成遊戲後，得獎者可(1) 列印於遊戲頁面內的「換領信」或 (2)列印於得獎電子郵件內之「換領信」。
    2. 得獎確認電郵將同步寄出予有效之得獎者，晴報及Citibank不會承擔任何延誤、錯發或誤失郵件的責任，寄送過程如有遺失，恕不補發。
    3. 換領者必須於指定限期內，出示「換領信」<指10A.(1)及(2)>並於已揀選之Citibank分行領取指定獎品。

    5. 得獎者一經挑選及確認，主辦單位將不接受任何更改。大會將不接受以郵寄方式換領禮品。所有獎品必須於香港地區換領。

4. 所有在推廣期間收到的合資格參賽作品皆會獲得評審，英國航空會選出最後優勝者。英國航空保留權利取消任何未符合所有參賽資格的人士。結果一概以英國航空的最終決定為準，而不會受理任何形式的上訴。

11. 英國航空不承擔來自電腦失靈、病毒、故障或電話失靈或其他類似的原因，所引起的錯誤或不完整的參賽作品招致的損毀或損失。英國航空沒有責任承擔任何由Facebook網頁、其本身的失靈及網頁管理員所引起的失靈、延誤、損失或損壞。推廣者就透過第三方網頁的複製內容或間接網站連結，或任何對是次比賽相關的資料或條款及細則複製的錯誤或疏忽，不承擔任何責任。


12. 在可行情況下，所有機票獎品將以電子機票形式發放。所有機票稅項及附加費用已包括在內。機票獎品必須於出發前最少三十日根據通告內的指示預訂。　


13. 所有獎項需視乎供應情況而定。機票獎品的安排視乎供應情況及座位編配而定。英國航空保留權利限制任何航班為機票獎品而設的座位數目。有可能在某個航班上未能安排機票獎品的座位，或為機票獎品已設的座位已預訂滿額，即使機艙內仍然有其他座位。如優勝者未能預訂個人喜好的航班，英國航空概不承擔任何責任。


14. 乘搭英國航空特許經營、代碼共享及同盟公司航班、本地航線接駁、轉機及其他附加服務，都不包括在是次獎項。一經預訂，機票將不可作任何改動。優勝者及其同行人士必須一同乘搭出發及回程的航班。


15. 優勝者及其同行人士有責任提供有效之護照及簽證，以及接種前往目的地所需的疫苗。英國航空建議所有乘客在登機前，考慮購買旅遊及醫療保險。


16. 所有其他開支不包括在上述獎項，並須由優勝者承擔。為免誤會，英國航空不會承擔來往機場所需的開支。


17. 如特定的獎項因超出控制範圍的原因而未能提供，英國航空保留權利以價值相近的獎項作替代。


18. 獎項不可交換及不得轉讓。獎項不能以現金或信用作替代，亦不容許升級。所有與獎項相關的第三方條款及細則適用。

23. 除禁止的情況外，參與是次比賽代表優勝者及其同行旅伴，同意英國航空及其代理使用優勝者的姓名、肖像、相片、聲音、意見及／或所屬地區及州份，以作於全球任何媒介的推廣用途，而毋須支持額外費用或再作考慮，以及確定閣下將從閣下邀請的同行旅伴中獲得同意，讓推廣者使用他們的姓名及肖像，作廣告及未來推廣的用途，而不另行作補償。潛在優勝者可能需要執行合資格宣誓書、責任終止書及在合法情況下一份企業公告 （合稱「領取獎項文件」）。如任何潛在優勝者在獎項通知發出的10日內，未能或拒絕簽署及交回所有領取獎項文件，優勝者可能被取消得獎資格，而由另一位參賽人士取代得獎。

1. Promotion period is from 12noon 13 October to 11.59pm 24 October 2014. No late entries will be accepted.


2. This competition is open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant must be a resident of Hong Kong aged 13 or above and is not an employee of BA or its affiliates. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions below. 


3. To enter this competition, an Eligible Participant must complete 3 easy steps below.
    a) Simply “Like” BA's Facebook page at the time of entering.
    b) Identify A380 from the three images in the comment section under one of our three competition posts.
    c) Tell us why you want to fly with us on A380 within 50 words.


4. All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be assessed and the winner will be selected by BA. BA reserves the right to wholly disqualify any person who does not meet all eligibility requirements. BA’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


5. The entry with a correct answer and best reason why they would want to fly on the A380 with us will win the competition. The winner will be entitled to two return tickets for travel on BA from Hong Kong to London in World Traveller economy class.


6. Each person can only enter the competition once. Any entry that contains material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, tortious, defamatory or libelous will not be eligible to enter this competition. Non-copyrighted entries are not allowed.


7. Entries will be disqualified where there is a reasonable suspicion that the participant has acted dishonestly or fraudulently in the contest including participating the contest by any dishonest or fraudulent act or means or from any fictitious or fake Facebook account.


8. Results will be announced on British Airways Hong Kong’s Facebook page by 7 November 2014.


9. The winner will be contacted via BA Facebook and must contact us with the email provided.  The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prizes in the method specified in the email notice. If the winner has not contacted us and the prizes remain unclaimed within 7 days or are declined by the winner, supplementary winner may be drawn from the remaining entries at BA's discretion without further notice.


10. This competition is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the laws that govern you in the jurisdiction in which you are resident. Your participation in this competition is at your sole option and risk. Competition void where not valid or prohibited.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.


11. BA accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. BA has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by the Facebook website, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.


12. Where available, all prize flights will be issued as e-tickets.  Taxes and other surcharges are included. Prize flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date by following the instructions in the notification.


13. All prizes are subject to availability.  Prize flights are subject to availability and capacity control.  BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel seats available on any flight.  It is possible that there will be no prize travel seats allocated on a particular service or the flight may be fully booked for prize travel seats, even though other seats are still available in the same cabin.  BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that the winner is unable to book their preferred flight(s).


14. Travel on BA franchise, codeshare and alliance airlines, domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons are NOT included in the prize.  Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets.  The winner and his/her travel companion must travel the outbound and inbound journeys together.


15. The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and obtaining inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize.  BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.


16. Any other incidental expenses are NOT included in the above prizes and must be paid for by the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, BA will have no liability in relation to travel costs associated with travelling to or from the airports.


17. BA reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.


18. Prizes are non changeable and non transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. No upgrades are allowed. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.


19. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your details to BA and not to Facebook.


20. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the competition. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the competition without liability to BA or such third parties.


21. By entering the competition you assign to BA the complete copyright and all other rights in any entry, which shall be for the full period of copyright.


22. BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the promoter’s control in its sole discretion. BA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, BA reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  BA’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


23. Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes the winner’s (and travel companion’s) consent to BA’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the promoters to use their name and likeness, for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation. The potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within ten (10) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

25.
