K11 Le French Marche Instagram活動條款及細則

1. 是次活動時間為2015年4月16日中午12時00分至5月17日晚上11時59分。
2. 參加者必須將帳戶設定為公開， 並拍攝跟法式麵包有關的相片，透過 Instagram上傳，加入主題目 hashtag “ #K11hk @K11hk”，否則將失去參賽資格。而 K11 將在參賽作品中評選1張最佳照片(K11有絕對權力指定勝出的參加者)， 得獎者可贏得Le Creuset花形瓷器鍋(小)一個。
3. 參加者必須已跟蹤K11hk(http://instagram.com/K11hk)， 否則不能獲獎。
4. 得獎名單將於 K11 Instagram公佈, 並以Instagram Direct 通知得獎者。若得獎者因任何原因未能及時收到得獎通知，K11將不會承擔任何責任。
5. 得獎者必須於收到得獎通知後以Instagram Direct留言方式遞交聯絡資料予K11。
6. 所有獎品於頒發後如有遺失或損毀，恕不補發。
7. 所有獎品不能更改、退換或兌換現金。
8. 任何因電腦、網路等技術問題而引致參加者所遞交的資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，本公司毋須負上任何責任。所有與活動有關之日期及時間(包括但不限於參加活動之日期及時間、得獎者回覆資料之日期及時間) 均以K11為準及受制於本公司的最終決定。本公司毋須就任何遺失、延遲或誤投，負上任何責任。
9. 參加者須確保其參賽相片必須為參加者個人原創且不包括任何並非由參加者創作的部份及不會侵犯任何第三者權益（包括但不限於知識產權、肖像權）。如本公司發現得獎者有不實、抄襲、舞弊或疏忽之行為，其得獎資格將被取消。本公司保留取消參加者參加活動的資格及/或給予得獎者獎品及/或向得獎者追究法律責任之權利。
10. 得獎者需同意讓K11 Concepts Limited替得獎者與獎品拍照以作記錄或宣傳。
11. K11可保留所有作品而參加者參與活動將代表他們同意K11的永久使用作品的所有內容，包括但不限於作品在世界上以任何形式的媒體重印、複製及出版。本公司有權以任何方式修改、使用、複製、印刷、公開展覽或在網上及/或其他媒體登載作品作任何用途，而毋須事先取得參加者的同意或向其支付任何費用。
12. 所有閣下輸入之個人資料乃因處理贈品送遞所需而僅作通知得奬者之用。除直接處理之職員/組織外，絕對不會轉移或披露予其他人仕/組織，並將於活動完成後盡速毀滅，不作儲存。
13. K11有權隨時修改本條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。
14. 參加者於參加活動之同時，即代表同意接受活動之條款及細則約束，如有違反，本公司有權取消參加者之參加或得獎資格，並對於任何破壞活動之行為保留追究權利。
15. 如有任何爭議，K11 Concepts Limited將擁有最終決定權。
16. 本條款及細則的中文版本僅供參考，若英文版本與中文版本的規定不一致，以英文版本為準。

K11 Le French Marche Instagram Hashtag Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Period is between 12:00nn on 16 April 2015 and 11:59pm on 17 May 2015.
2. Participants are required to set their account as public, become a follower of K11 on Instagram (http://instagram.com/K11hk) and take French Bakery related photos and upload them to Instagram with hashtag #K11hk @K11hk or they may be disqualified. Amongst all entry photos, the best photo rated by K11 can win a Le Creuset Small Flower shaped ramekin with Lid. K11 has discretionary right to determine the winner.
3. Participants are required to become followers of K11 on Instagram (http://instagram.com/K11hk) or they may be disqualified.
4. The winner will be published at K11 Instagram and he/she will be notified by receiving a notification through Instagram Direct. K11 will not hold any liability if for whatever reasons the winner fails to receive the notification on time.
5. The winner must submit his/her contact information to K11 through Instagram Direct inbox when he/she has received the notification.
6. All gifts awarded will not be replaced in the event of loss or damage.
7. All gifts cannot be changed, returned or exchanged for cash.
8. The Company will not assume any responsibility for any data submission delay, lost, error, non-recognizing etc. situations due to computer, network and other technical issues. All dates and times related to the Contest (including, but not limited to, participation date and time, winners’ reply date and time) shall be based on K11’s record and subject to the final decision of the Company. The Company does not hold any liability for any lost, delayed or wrongful submissions.
9. Participants shall ensure that his/her submitted comments are his/her original creation and does not constitute any part which are not originally created by the Participant as well as his/her submitted comments shall not infringe any third party rights (including but not limited to intellectual rights and copyrights), or else he/she may be disqualified and shall also bear all the relevant responsibility and compensate K11 for all losses.
10. The winner has to authorize K11 Concepts Limited to take photos for them with the award for record and promotion purposes.
11. K11 will also be entitled to retain all record of the Participants’ entries and the Participants’ participation in this contest would also denote their consent to K11's perpetual use of all the entries, including but not limited to copy, publication and reprint of the entries in any forms of media in the world. The Company reserves the right to modify, to use, to copy, to print, to publicly exhibit or for online and posting entries or in other media for any purpose, without prior consent of the Participant or payment of any fees.
12. All personal information recorded is for the purpose of processing and delivery of gifts to the winners only. Apart from the staff/organisation who is responsible for direct handling, such information will not be transfered or disclosed to any other person/organisation and will not be stored and will be destroyed as soon as possible after the event.
13. K11 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. A participant who participates in the Contest shall also at the same time agree to accept the terms and conditions of the Activity. The Company reserves the right to cancel the participant's eligibility to participate or win if any violation is found, and reserves the right to pursue any acts of sabotage.
15. In case of any dispute, K11 Concepts Limited will have the final decision.
16. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
