香港英國航空公司A380一周年「A380 Facebook競猜遊戲」－全部條款及細則
- 比賽期為2014年10月13日中午12時起，至10月24日晚上11時59分為止。所有遲交作品將不獲受理。
- 是次比賽供合資格人士參加。合資格人士必須為年齡13歲或以上之香港居民。英國航空或其同盟公司的僱員不能參加。英國航空保留核實合資格人士的參賽權利。參加是次比賽，合資格人士須確認接受下列條款及細則。
- 有意參加比賽的合資格人士，必須完成以下三個簡單步驟。
i.) 「讚好」英國航空Facebook專頁
ii.) 從三張相片中選出A380的正確相片, 並於三個比賽帖文的其中一個帖文留言
iii.) 以50字或以下寫下你想乘搭英航A380的原因 - 所有在推廣期間收到的合資格參賽作品皆會獲得評審，英國航空會選出最後優勝者。英國航空保留權利取消任何未符合所有參賽資格的人士。結果一概以英國航空的最終決定為準，而不會受理任何形式的上訴。
- 參加者填寫正確答案並寫下最佳的原因將會成為優勝者，有機會獲得兩張來回香港至倫敦的英國航空World Traveller 經濟客艙機票。
- 每人只可參加比賽一次。所有作品不得包含不雅，淫褻，侵權，誹謗或中傷內容，否則將取消其參賽資格。不接受任何非原創的參賽作品。
- 若英航有合理懷疑參賽人士通過任何不誠實、欺詐或欺騙行為或手段，或從任何虛構或偽造的Facebook帳號參賽，該參賽作品將被取消參賽資格。
- 比賽結果將於2014年11月7日在英國航空的Facebook專頁公佈。
- 我們會通過英國航空Facebook專頁聯絡優勝者，優勝者必須通過指定的電郵盡快與我們聯絡並提供有關資料。優勝者須以電郵通告中列明的方式確認接受獎項。如優勝者未能於7天內聯絡我們獎項並確認領獎，或優勝者拒絕領獎，英國航空有權從其它參賽作品中揀選後補優勝者，並不另行通知。
- 是次比賽受所有適用於本地的法例及約束規管。閣下有責任確保個人遵守所身處法制下的法律。參加是次比賽全屬個人決定及須獨自承擔風險。比賽不適用於不允准的地方。贏取獎項須達到所有在此文件列明的要求。
- 英國航空不承擔來自電腦失靈、病毒、故障或電話失靈或其他類似的原因，所引起的錯誤或不完整的參賽作品招致的損毀或損失。英國航空沒有責任承擔任何由Facebook網頁、其本身的失靈及網頁管理員所引起的失靈、延誤、損失或損壞。推廣者就透過第三方網頁的複製內容或間接網站連結，或任何對是次比賽相關的資料或條款及細則複製的錯誤或疏忽，不承擔任何責任。
- 在可行情況下，所有機票獎品將以電子機票形式發放。所有機票稅項及附加費用已包括在內。機票獎品必須於出發前最少三十日根據通告內的指示預訂。
- 所有獎項需視乎供應情況而定。機票獎品的安排視乎供應情況及座位編配而定。英國航空保留權利限制任何航班為機票獎品而設的座位數目。有可能在某個航班上未能安排機票獎品的座位，或為機票獎品已設的座位已預訂滿額，即使機艙內仍然有其他座位。如優勝者未能預訂個人喜好的航班，英國航空概不承擔任何責任。
- 乘搭英國航空特許經營、代碼共享及同盟公司航班、本地航線接駁、轉機及其他附加服務，都不包括在是次獎項。一經預訂，機票將不可作任何改動。優勝者及其同行人士必須一同乘搭出發及回程的航班。
- 優勝者及其同行人士有責任提供有效之護照及簽證，以及接種前往目的地所需的疫苗。英國航空建議所有乘客在登機前，考慮購買旅遊及醫療保險。
- 所有其他開支不包括在上述獎項，並須由優勝者承擔。為免誤會，英國航空不會承擔來往機場所需的開支。
- 如特定的獎項因超出控制範圍的原因而未能提供，英國航空保留權利以價值相近的獎項作替代。
- 獎項不可交換及不得轉讓。獎項不能以現金或信用作替代，亦不容許升級。所有與獎項相關的第三方條款及細則適用。
- 是次比賽並非由Facebook以任何形式贊助、核准或管理，亦與Facebook沒有任何連繫。閣下只是將個人資料遞交予英國航空，而並非Facebook。
- 英國航空將視乎需要，會從所有參賽作品中收集個人資料，但僅限於用作此比賽行政的用途。所收集的資料可能與任何參與是次比賽的第三方分享，而英國航空或有關的第三方分享不承擔任何責任。
- 參加是次比賽，閣下會將所有與參賽作品相關的版權授予英國航空，並適用於版權生效的全部年期。

- 除禁止的情況外，參與是次比賽代表優勝者及其同行旅伴，同意英國航空及其代理使用優勝者的姓名、肖像、相片、聲音、意見及／或所屬地區及州份，以作於全球任何媒介的推廣用途，而毋須支持額外費用或再作考慮，以及確定閣下將從閣下邀請的同行旅伴中獲得同意，讓推廣者使用他們的姓名及肖像，作廣告及未來推廣的用途，而不另行作補償。潛在優勝者可能需要執行合資格宣誓書、責任終止書及在合法情況下一份企業公告 （合稱「領取獎項文件」）。如任何潛在優勝者在獎項通知發出的10日內，未能或拒絕簽署及交回所有領取獎項文件，優勝者可能被取消得獎資格，而由另一位參賽人士取代得獎。
- 機票獎品不能與英國航空Avios獎勵計劃及英國航空或英國航空與其他機構一同提供的其他折扣、折扣劵或現金劵，或其他特別優惠，以及花紅、獎項或證書一同使用。在是次推廣中，將不會獎賞英國航空Avios或聯營公司之里數。

- Promotion period is from 12noon 13 October to 11.59pm 24 October 2014. No late entries will be accepted.
- This competition is open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant must be a resident of Hong Kong aged 13 or above and is not an employee of BA or its affiliates. BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions below.
- To enter this competition, an Eligible Participant must complete 3 easy steps below.
a) Simply “Like” BA's Facebook page at the time of entering.
b) Identify A380 from the three images in the comment section under one of our three competition posts.
c) Tell us why you want to fly with us on A380 within 50 words. - All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be assessed and the winner will be selected by BA. BA reserves the right to wholly disqualify any person who does not meet all eligibility requirements. BA’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The entry with a correct answer and best reason why they would want to fly on the A380 with us will win the competition. The winner will be entitled to two return tickets for travel on BA from Hong Kong to London in World Traveller economy class.
- Each person can only enter the competition once. Any entry that contains material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, tortious, defamatory or libelous will not be eligible to enter this competition. Non-copyrighted entries are not allowed.
- Entries will be disqualified where there is a reasonable suspicion that the participant has acted dishonestly or fraudulently in the contest including participating the contest by any dishonest or fraudulent act or means or from any fictitious or fake Facebook account.
- Results will be announced on British Airways Hong Kong’s Facebook page by 7 November 2014.
- The winner will be contacted via BA Facebook and must contact us with the email provided. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prizes in the method specified in the email notice. If the winner has not contacted us and the prizes remain unclaimed within 7 days or are declined by the winner, supplementary winner may be drawn from the remaining entries at BA's discretion without further notice.
- This competition is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the laws that govern you in the jurisdiction in which you are resident. Your participation in this competition is at your sole option and risk. Competition void where not valid or prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- BA accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. BA has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by the Facebook website, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.
- Where available, all prize flights will be issued as e-tickets. Taxes and other surcharges are included. Prize flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date by following the instructions in the notification.
- All prizes are subject to availability. Prize flights are subject to availability and capacity control. BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel seats available on any flight. It is possible that there will be no prize travel seats allocated on a particular service or the flight may be fully booked for prize travel seats, even though other seats are still available in the same cabin. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that the winner is unable to book their preferred flight(s).
- Travel on BA franchise, codeshare and alliance airlines, domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons are NOT included in the prize. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel the outbound and inbound journeys together.
- The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and obtaining inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
- Any other incidental expenses are NOT included in the above prizes and must be paid for by the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, BA will have no liability in relation to travel costs associated with travelling to or from the airports.
- BA reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- Prizes are non changeable and non transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. No upgrades are allowed. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.
- The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your details to BA and not to Facebook.
- Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the competition. This information may be shared with any other third parties reasonably involved in the competition without liability to BA or such third parties.
- By entering the competition you assign to BA the complete copyright and all other rights in any entry, which shall be for the full period of copyright.
- BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the promoter’s control in its sole discretion. BA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, BA reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. BA’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes the winner’s (and travel companion’s) consent to BA’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration and you confirm that you will obtain from any guest whom you invite permission for the promoters to use their name and likeness, for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation. The potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within ten (10) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any Avios rewards programme, and other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s), or special offer(s), by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates. No Avios or partner miles will be awarded for travel under this promotion.
- By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of its respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
- Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
