條款及細則

• 是次比賽由 The Langham, Hong Kong (主辦單位) 舉辦。
• 比賽日期為 2012年12月14日中午12:00至2013年1月18日中午12:00止 (香港時間)。
• 參賽階段﹕2012年12月14日中午12:00至2013年1月10日中午12:00
• 投票階段﹕2012年12月14日中午12:00至2013年1月18日中午12:00
• 任何Facebook用戶參加是次比賽，即代表同意其所載之條款及細則。如有違反，主辦單位會取消其參加或得獎資格，並對於任何破壞本比賽之行為保留追究權利。
• 參加比賽，必須先「LIKE /讚好」The Langham, Hong Kong Facebook Page。
• Facebook用戶可經我們的Facebook應用程式上載照片。
• 獲得最少10票或以上的作品，會由朗廷酒店從中甄選得獎作品。
• 是次比賽之回覆資料及時間，將以主辦單位伺服器所收訖之數據作準。主辦機構毋須就遺失、延遲或誤投，負上任何責任。
• 主辦單位將於2013年1月31日或之後通知有關得獎者領獎事宜。
• 主辦單位將根據參加者提供的電話、電郵或Facebook通訊聯絡得獎者。所有資料以參加者首次上載為準，不設更改。
• 如參加者涉嫌以虛假、偽冒身份參加遊戲或使用任何程式欺騙票數及結果，本公司有權取消其參賽資格。主辦單位保留一切法律權利向有關參加者追討損害賠償或其他補償。
• 所有獎品不得轉讓、不得兌換現金及不得退換。
• 主辦單位之員工與家屬均不能參與此項比賽，以示公允。
• 條款及細則如有任何更改，毋須另行通知。

香港朗廷酒店將根據下列原則決定相片比賽的優勝者︰

• 參與申請的完整度
• 逾期遞交的作品將不被接納
• 必須為原作，參賽者並必須擁有遞交該相片的所有權利，並且從未用以參加其他任何攝影比賽、出版或公開展示，以及違反或侵犯版權的相片；香港朗廷酒店對任何侵權行為均不負上任何法律責任
• 相片中如有其他品牌名字，參賽作品或會被取消資格
• 嚴禁涉及淫褻、具冒犯性或色情影像
• 在整個『粉紅熱情』攝影比賽期間，每位合資格參加者最多只可得獎一次，並只可得到獎品乙件
• 所有參加比賽的照片，香港朗廷酒店全權獨家擁有。香港朗廷酒店在毋須知會及補償的情況下有權使用、複製、複印、任何上載的照片於宣傳活動或印刷品上。
• 如有任何爭議，香港朗廷酒店保留最終決定權利

Terms & Conditions

• This contest is organized by The Langham, Hong Kong.
• The competition commences on 14th December 2012 (12 noon) until 18th January 2013 (12 noon) [Hong Kong time].
• Photo Submission phase: 14th December 2012 (12 noon) to 10th January 2013 (12 noon)
• Photo Voting phase: 14th December 2012 (12:00 noon) to 18th January 2013 (12 noon)
• All Facebook users who participate in this contest are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out therein. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation and/or winnings of anyone who fails to comply with such terms and conditions, and to pursue any act intended to corrupt the contest.
• To join the contest, participants must first ‘LIKE’ the The Langham, Hong Kong Facebook Page.
• Facebook users can upload a photo and submit it.
• Photo with 10 votes will be qualified and selected by the judges of The Langham, Hong Kong will win the Prize.
• The Organizer will not be held liable for any loss, delay or voting errors.
• The Organizer will notify all prize winners about prize collection details on or after 31st January 2013.
• The Organizer will contact prize winners via phone, email, Facebook or Instagram details provided by participants. All contact details are final and cannot be changed once submitted.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found or suspected of falsifying their identity in order to take part in the contest, or attempting to use any program to affect the votes and results. The organizer also retains the right to recover damages or other compensation from rogue participants.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and not returnable.
• To ensure fairness, employees of the organizing company and their family members are not allowed to take part in this contest.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change, without prior warning.

The Langham, Hong Kong will select winners of photo competition based on following criteria:

• Completeness of the application
• Late submission will be disqualified
• Must be an original picture with your own right to submit which never been participated to any other photo contest, published, violate or infringe any copyright; The Langham, Hong Kong bears no liability in the case of sub- activities involving infringement or plagiarism.
• Any other brand names within the picture may be disqualified
• No obscene, offensive, erotic images
• Each Eligible Participant is entitled to win once and only one Prize throughout the Pink Sensation Photo Competition.
• By submitting the photograph and text the applicant warrants that the photograph submitted is an
• original photograph taken which the applicant owns all rights and authorizes The Langham, Hong Kong reserves the exclusive ownership of all entries as well as the rights of all photos collected in the contest for the copying, publication and publishing in any The Langham, Hong Kong websites or related promotional materials without prior consent and compensation
• If any disputes arise, The Langham, Hong Kong have the rights to interpret and decide on the final outcome and settlement.
