2025年錦田鄉酬恩建醮「精彩非遺」全港公開攝影比賽














比賽規則
1. 原創要求：參賽作品必須為個人原創。若發現剽竊，將立即取消參賽資格，並追回所得獎項、獎金及紀念品。
2. 權利責任：參賽者需自行承擔作品涉及的版權、肖像權等問題，如產生法律糾紛，與主辦方無關。
3. 作品處理
- 參賽作品數量不限，無論獲獎與否，均不退還。
- 作品提交後，版權仍歸參賽者所有，但主辦方有權用於非商業及公開推廣用途。
4. 作品遞交 : 作品請注明參賽組別，并電郵至比賽指定郵箱。
5. 評審結果：評審結果以評審團的最終決定為準，不設上訴機制。
6. 原始資料：參賽者需保留作品原始檔案或底片，若無法按要求提供，參賽或獲獎資格可能被取消。
7. 資料真實性：參賽者須提交真實、正確的個人資料，僅用於本次活動。若發現虛假資料，將自動取消參賽資格。
8. 參賽聲明：提交作品即視為參賽者同意並遵守上述所有細則。若有違反，主辦方有權取消其參賽資格。
9.風險承擔：作品在遞交途中若出現損毀，主辦方不承擔責任。

比賽詳情
1. 拍攝時間：2025年12月13日（取水啟壇）至12月19日（酬恩行符），共計7天。
2.醮會地址 : 錦田水頭村周王二公書院前地醮場。
3. 比賽組別：分設相機組、手機組、短視頻組三個競賽類別 。
4. 獎勵設置
- 每組設冠軍1名，獎金4,000港元；亞軍1名，獎金2,000港元；季軍1名，獎金1,000港元；優異獎10名，每名獎金300港元。
- 單組總獎金10,000港元，合計30,000港元。

截止日期 : 2026年1月10日

i. - 相機和手機組 : 遞交參賽作品必須為大小 3MB 至 10MB的 JPEG 檔案，請注明參賽組別。
ii. - 短視頻組需將視頻格式為MP4、WMV、MOV或AVI，不多於2分鐘的作品上傳至雲端，並將分享鏈接在比賽郵箱提交。
6. 檔案命名：作品名+作者名字+電話號碼，例如“舞獅+陳大文+12345678”。

  1. The Promoter is Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited, Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX, company registration No. 1706358 00057186 (the “Promoter” or the “Club”)
  2. The Promotion is a Club Competition to win a Heung-Min Son signed Tottenham Hotspur 2024/25 Home Shirt (size L), which is open to fans who enter their details between 9th December 2025 5pm (UK) and 23rd December 2025 12.00pm (UK). The winner will be chosen at random via a random number generator.
  3. The deadline for Competition entry is 23rd December 2025 12.00pm (UK).
  4. You are not a guaranteed winner by submitting your details.
  5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. The chosen winner will be notified by email/telephone after 23rd December 2025 12.00pm (UK).
  7. If the winner fails to respond to outreach by the Club, a new winner will be selected seven days after the competition period has finished.
  8. The draw is not open to employees of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, their subsidiaries, families or agents.

  10. If any minors are selected to take part, we will seek guardian consent.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered.
  12. By entering the Competition, you agree that if you win the competition, your name alongside photographs and footage from the session may be used on printed Tottenham Hotspur channels (such as the matchday programme), and online on the Tottenham Hotspur official website and Tottenham Hotspur official social media channels.
  13. Tottenham Hotspur Football Club reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of it choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
  14. The following entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; (iv) entries received after 23rd December 2025 12.00pm (UK); (vi) dishonest entries.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions (including on the date of the training day).
  16. No responsibility can be accepted for (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
  17. If the winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the prize then the Club asks that the winner makes this clear when they claim the prize so that the club can consult with the winner well in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within our control, based on the circumstances to ensure the winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.
  18. The winner(s) agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Competition, including but not limited to having their name, photograph, and disclosure of county of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any Competition or any publicity relating to the Competition.
  19. The Club’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended, or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the prize to any Competition entrant.
  21. To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Competition or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
  22. The Club will not be held responsible for the winner not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason.
  23. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  25. When participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that details provided will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).
  26.
