who are {18} years of age and older or the age of majority in their
jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry. Employees of SheratonMacao
Hotel, Cotai Central, their parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising andpromotion agencies and
their employees and the immediate family members of each and thoseresiding in

GAME RULE: During the game period from Macau Time (GMT+8)
00:00, November 10 to 23:29,December 21, 2014, the judging panel from Sheraton
Macao Hotel will select weekly winners (no more than two winners each week, total no more than twelve winners) with
submission (every Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 in each week) which can be best
represented with the theme andreward them with free hotel stay voucher(s).
Each winner will receive one of the prizes below:
1. Two-night stay with buffet breakfast for two in
a Deluxe Room at Sheraton Macao Hotel,Cotai Central.

Redemption
of all prizes at Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central will be valid between
January 1,2015 and December 31, 2015, with blackout period and terms and
conditions specified on
thevoucher. Under all circumstances, the prize is not cancellable,
transferrable, convertible into other prizes nor redeemable for cash.

Pacific might
vary as per describedon the prize vouchers, with blackout period and terms and

Sheraton
Macao Hotel might select winners at any given time and present with addition
prizes such as the Sheraton Bear.
GENERAL RULES: Prize winners will be notified by email or Instagram messages. If Prize winner is not reachable
at the contact details provided and a forwarding e-mail address is not
madeavailable or if prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, then the Prize will be forfeited analternate winner may be
selected, if time permits. Prize winner will then be required to sign andreturn
via email, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification
in order to receive the Prize. If winner fails to return the Release via email
within seventy-two (72) hours or if winner is deemed to beineligible, the Prize
will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible
entries received, if time permits. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission
to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, biographical information,
pictures/portraits, likeness and/or voice,for purposes of advertising and trade
without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
CONTENT GUIDELINES:
Submission must not have been submitted previously in a
sweepstakes of any kind or previously exhibited or displayed publicly (i.e.,
disclosed beyond your immediate circle of friends and family) through any
means. The Submission must not contain content that is known by you to be
false,inaccurate or misleading. Any Submission deemed inappropriate or
unsuitable, in Sheraton MacaoHotel, Cotai Central's sole discretion, will be
disqualified.
Submission must not contain materialthat is inappropriate, indecent (including
but not limited to nudity, or pornography), profane,obscene, hateful, tortuous,
defamatory, slanderous or libelous (including words or symbols that arewidely
considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion,
sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group). Clothing worn in the Submission
should not contain any visible logos,drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or
other third-party materials other than Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide,
Inc. Submission must not include any representation of celebrities,
athletes,musicians, or any other public or private figure,
including any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial
solicitation or promotional materials or name, address, phone number, or URL
address. Submission must not contain advertisements, personal solicitations or
commercialsolicitations. Photo may not be owned, taken or edited by a
professional photographer.
Any
Submission deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor’s
sole discretion, will not beposted. All Submissions submitted become the
property of Sponsor upon submission and will notbe returned. Each Entrant
grants to Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusiveright and
license to copy, distribute, and display each submitted Submission, in any
media, andwith right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works
there from, and agrees to executedocuments confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s
reasonable request. By entering, youunderstand that your Submission (or portion
thereof) may be posted online, in Sponsor’s
solediscretion, to be viewed by members of the general public. Entrants may not
copy or otherwiseplagiarize any portion of the Submission from any source.
Participants’
submissions shall also denote their consent to allow Sheraton Macao Hotel,
CotaiCentral to use all of the photos and contents of the submitted entries,
including but not limited tocopies, publication and reprints of entries in any
form of media, without the prior consent of therelevant participants.
Each participant represents and warrants that the entry is
his/her original work and that theparticipant is the only owner of the
copyright of the submitted item. On submission, eachparticipant also consents
to Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central editing, re-using, storing,reproducing
and communicating the participant’s
entry(s) in any media without the prior consent ofthe relevant participants.
Each participant represents and warrants that any person featured in
thesubmitted photos has provided consent to the participant to allow the
Sheraton Macao Hotel, CotaiCentral to use the photo and also consent to allow
the Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central for future publications of the photos
in any place or media.
Participants will need to submit photos for participation in
this promotion and require SheratonMacao Hotel, Cotai Central’s
determination as to whether such submission to participate is acceptable. Each
participant confirms and
warrants that the photos submitted do not infringe any intellectual property or
other rights whatsoever, including but not limited to any persons’,companies’,
corporations’, groups’ or third
parties’ copyright or other rights. Each participantagrees that the
copyright or any other rights related to the submitted photo(s) shall be vested
withSheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central without receipt of any consideration
from us, and we shall bevested with rights to use the photo(s) in any place or
media for any purpose. Each participantparticipating in this promotion confirms and warrants that the submitted photo(s)
do not violate any laws or regulations, and that he or she has obtained all
necessary authorization, consent or approval, and that he or she consents and
abides by the terms and conditions and all other relevant arrangements of this
promotion. In the event of any violation of any participant, suchparticipant
shall be responsible for all responsibilities or results.
Sheraton Macao Hotel,
Cotai Central reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this
eventand/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the
event of any dispute,Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central decision shall be final and binding on the participants.

INFORMATION: Personal information collected from Entrants will be used by
